At FinishYourFit.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns and Refunds for Physical Products

Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products or digital content

  • Personalized or custom-made products

Return Process:
To start a return, please contact us at support@finishyourfit.com. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Customer-Paid Return Shipping:
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Digital Products & Programs

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., ebooks, fitness plans, video content), all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed—unless otherwise specified.

If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, please reach out to finishyourfit@gmail.com, and we will assist promptly.

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@finishyourfit.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
